Mix up some summer drinks with these 3 quick & easy recipes!

It's summertime, and for many people that means hosting parties. Make your next bash a success with one of these very easy drink recipes!

I personally hate it when I look up a drink recipe and see that I need to buy four different bottles of alcohol just to make one drink. With that in mind, here are three recipes that only use one kind of alcohol: passion fruit-flavored rum! (For these recipes, we used the Malibu brand.)

Country Punch

Easy rum drink with passion fruit rum and V8 mixerIngredients:

  • 3 shots of passion fruit-flavored rum
  • V8 Splash in Berry flavor
  • Mason jar

Directions:


Pour three shots into a Mason jar.

Fill the rest of the glass with V8 Splash.

Add ice if desired.

Stir until mixed.

Enjoy!

Passion Peach Tea

Easy mixed drinks with rum and Dr. PepperIngredients:

  • Pint glass (or similar glass that holds 12-16 ounces)
  • passion fruit-flavored rum (chilled)
  • Dr. Pepper (chilled)
  • fresh peach slices

Directions:


Fill the glass with equal parts passion fruit-flavored rum and Dr. Pepper.

Stir until mixed.

Arrange peach slices on the sides of the glass or use toothpicks to create a garnish.

Enjoy!

Tropical Gummy Bear

Ingredients:

    Easy mixed drink recipe with rum and orange juice
  • 2 shots passion fruit-flavored rum
  • 1 shot grenadine
  • orange juice
  • maraschino cherries
  • gummy bears
  • ice

Directions:


Pour the passion fruit-flavored rum, the grenadine, and 8 ounces of orange juice into a shaker.

Empty the contents of the shaker into glass of your choice.

Add ice.

Create a garnish by alternating gummy bears and cherries on a toothpick.

Enjoy!
