We are sisters who love being creative, love writing, and love trying new things. Our time is spent sewing custom-designed items, taking road trips to check out neat places, keeping up with kids & pets, experimenting in the kitchen, repurposing found items & recycling into unique crafts, and writing on our blog.

We both have narcolepsy, so we have a passion for living life to its fullest! We credit our success in life to our faith in God and our supportive families. With Christ, all things are possible! And with our wonderfully large and tight-knit family, we have a loving network that is always there to cheer us on.

What makes us unique:


  • We are the first and sixth born in a family of NINE kids. We learned at a young age how to stand out in a crowd, and we turned that into a fantastic set of marketing skills.
  • Our passion for learning is never-ending. Between the two of us, we have endless artistic and creative abilities, which allow us to wire something for electric one day, and paint a realistic photo-based image onto it the next.
  • Animals seem to love us (and we love them!) so we usually have a motley of critters running around our home. Chickens, rabbits, cats & dogs are the usual friends we have around, but the occasional squirrel or raccoon makes an appearance to beg for corn or share lunch with the cats.
  • We are big fans of homeschooling, which allows us to have flexible schedules. Impromptu field trips and fun science activities are a normal part of our lives as we work to create a fun & healthy learning environment.
  • Our writing skills are constantly in use, and between the two of us we have over 20 years of professional writing experience. Detailing the pros and cons when doing reviews is a natural part of the business. We employ our expertise to make sure that our advice, while honest, remains respectful towards the companies that are kind enough to use us as reviewers.
